A street address can determine whether the property is in Phoenix or Scottsdale. Establish the municipality and water account before assuming which conservation program applies to an irrigation upgrade.
For a Kierland request, identify the controller, water source and the parts of the landscape involved. Photograph the equipment and mark the lawn, trees, beds and hard surfaces on a simple sketch. Explain gates, shared grounds and any access restrictions before arranging an assessment.
Explore smart irrigation controller installation and irrigation system inspection for the relevant work. Compare the full service guide, and check [regional watering advice](https://www.amwua.org/what-you-can-do/landscape-and-garden/watering) with your actual water provider. The supplied site contact address is in Phoenix; this area guide does not identify a separate local office.
